On 18 March 2026, members of the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the University of Rzeszów – Dean Dr. Hab. Bogdan Wierzbiński, Prof. UR; Dr. Hab. Mariola Grzebyk, Prof. UR (Vice-Dean for Education and Development); and Dr. Małgorzata Wosiek (Vice-Dean for Student Affairs) – visited the Deloitte office in Rzeszów. During the meeting, held together with Tomasz Pałka, Managing Partner of Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center, and the Deloitte team, the parties discussed new directions for collaboration. The discussion also focused on opportunities to further develop students’ competencies.

For many years, Deloitte has actively supported our students by offering internships, traineeships, and participation in specialist workshops and training programs. During the meeting, it was emphasized that students and graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Finance form a significant part of the Deloitte Rzeszów team, confirming the effectiveness of the ongoing cooperation in preparing young economists and finance professionals for the labor market.

Both sides expressed their intention to expand the current partnership, particularly in the areas of knowledge exchange and curriculum updates, to ensure that study programs better respond to the needs of a dynamically changing market.
