By a decision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education dated 15 December 2025, Dr hab. Barbara Fura, Professor at the University of Rzeszów, has been appointed as an Expert of the Science Evaluation Commission. The appointment was made pursuant to the applicable legal regulations governing the system of higher education and science in Poland.

 

As part of her duties, Dr hab. Barbara Fura will participate in the evaluation of the quality of scientific activity carried out by research institutions in the period 2022–2025. This evaluation constitutes a key element of the system for assessing scientific output and plays an important role in the development of scientific research, the shaping of science policy, and the funding of research activities.

 

The appointment to the group of experts of the Science Evaluation Commission is an expression of recognition of the scientific achievements, competencies, and expert experience of Dr hab. Barbara Fura, Professor at the University of Rzeszów.
