On April 14, 2025, the Podkarpackie Voivode, Teresa Kubas-Hul, appointed Dr. hab. n. med. Robert Brodowski to a five-year term as the Regional Consultant in the field of maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Brodowski collaborates with the Fryderyk Chopin University Clinical Hospital in Rzeszów’s Clinic of Maxillofacial Surgery.

Regional Consultants are responsible for providing expert opinions, advice, and oversight to government administration bodies, healthcare providers, the National Health Fund, and the Patient Ombudsman. They also conduct inspections to ensure access to healthcare services across the Podkarpackie region .
