Active participation

We invite all students to actively participate in the RIMSA Congress 2026 by submitting their original research, surveys, reviews, and clinical cases in the form of oral presentations or e-poster.

Abstracts of papers can be submitted using the registration form on the event website between 27.07.2026 and 25.09.2026.

Active participants will be informed of the eligibility or rejection of submitted abstracts no later than 5.10.2026.

Please note that the conference fee is to be paid only after your abstract has been accepted. Once you receive a confirmation of acceptance, you will have 7 days to complete the payment and send a confirmation of the bank transfer to our official email address. In the subject line of your message, please include the presenter's full name and the title of the paper.

PLEASE NOTE:

Online presentations are allowed only for students from foreign Universities. Students from Polish Universities are required to present on site.
