Candidates with a Polish secondary school leaving certificate
- Application for admission to studies with a photo in electronic form, which should be printed from the recruitment system (Attachments tab).
- A photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate (Matura certificate) and the original for inspection by the Faculty Admissions Committee.
- A medical certificate confirming the absence of contraindications to undertake higher education studies – required for programmes in which harmful, burdensome, or hazardous factors for health may occur.
- The original power of attorney – if a person acts on behalf of the candidate.
- Consent of your parents or legal guardians to undertake studies at the University of Rzeszów – if you are under 18 years old (together with the relevant attachments).
Master’s degree programmes
Candidates continuing studies at the University of Rzeszów
- Application form with a photo generated from the recruitment system, signed by hand.
- Bachelor’s degree diploma (photocopy and original for inspection) or a certificate issued by the Dean’s Office confirming completion of first-cycle studies, including information on the final thesis defense result and the average grade from the course of studies.
- Document confirming proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2 – if applicable (photocopy and original for inspection).
If you are a candidate from another Polish university
- Application form with a photo generated from the recruitment system, signed by hand.
- Bachelor’s degree diploma (photocopy and original for inspection) or a certificate issued by the Dean’s Office confirming completion of first-cycle studies, including information on the result of the thesis defense.
- Copy of documents enabling the evaluation of the course and duration of studies, e.g. diploma supplement, transcript of records, student record book (index), or another relevant document – original for inspection.
- Document confirming proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2 – if applicable (photocopy and original for inspection).
If you are applying on the basis of a certificate issued by the Dean’s Office, the Bachelor’s degree diploma must be submitted immediately after it is received.
In the case of documents obtained abroad, the University may require the applicant to provide a certificate confirming that the diploma of higher education entitles the holder to undertake second-cycle (Master’s) studies in the country where it was issued (if such information is not included in the document authorizing the holder to undertake studies). The University may also request information about the grading scale used in the documents mentioned above.
IMPORTANT! Foreigners and Polish citizens holding foreign educational documents must **register in the recruitment system and upload scans of the required documents. If scans of the documents are uploaded to the system, the original documents must be submitted to the Faculty Recruitment Committee within the document submission deadline specified in the recruitment schedule or to the Dean’s Office immediately after the start of studies for verification.
