The abstract book will be published within 4 months after the conference.
No, passive participation is completely free.
The conference will take place on October 24–25.

For active participants, the fee depends on the date of registration:
I turn (1 – 24.08.2025): 80 PLN / 20 €
II turn (25.08 – 14.09.2025): 100 PLN / 25 €
III turn (15 – 26.09.2025): 120 PLN / 30 €
Participation is free of charge for passive participants.
Posters will be presented in electronic form and displayed on the day of the conference during the e-poster session. Therefore, there is no need to print your poster. Please make sure to submit it as a .ppt or .pdf file by the deadline (15 October 2025).
