Programme Description
In a world characterized by globalization, increasing population density, and pressure on natural resources, cultural understanding plays an increasingly important role in economic development and international business.
As economic, political, and cultural globalization makes the world more interconnected, the ability to bridge cultural differences becomes essential for achieving sustainable development and prosperity. Cultural diversity represents a valuable economic resource and a source of comparative advantage for nations and organizations operating in global markets.
Culture influences economic behaviour, management practices, consumer preferences, and decision-making processes. Understanding different cultural contexts therefore becomes a key competence for professionals working in international business environments.
