University Women's Day at the University of Rzeszów. For the fourth time, we met at the University to celebrate together

For years, March has been associated with femininity, strength, sensitivity, and solidarity. It was during this special month that the University of Rzeszów organized its fourth University Women's Day, an event aimed at all women studying and working at the university.

The meeting took place on March 6 in the St. Jadwiga Królowa Hall in building A1 on Tadeusza Rejtana Avenue in Rzeszów. This year's edition of the event had a new formula, combining artistic energy, shared emotions, and an element of surprise.

Although the Rector of the University of Rzeszów, Prof. Adam Reich, was unable to attend the event in person, he addressed the gathered women with words of gratitude and appreciation for their daily work, commitment, and contribution to the development of the university.

On behalf of the Rector, the ceremony was attended by the Vice-Rector for Cooperation with the Social and Economic Environment, Prof. Janusz Pasterski, who conveyed his best wishes to the participants and presented each of the ladies with a symbolic gift.

The ceremony was graced by an excellent performance by students of the Faculty of Music, majoring in Jazz and Popular Music, prepared under the artistic supervision of the faculty's lecturers. The concert was very warmly received by the audience and created a unique, energetic atmosphere.

After the artistic part, a raffle of gifts for women was held. The prizes included vouchers, cosmetics sets, university gadgets, cinema and theater tickets, and other surprises prepared especially for the occasion.

The event was hosted by Dawid Micał, President of the Student Council of the University of Rzeszów.

University Women's Day is already a tradition! This celebration is being organized for the fourth time at our university, and every year it enjoys greater interest and recognition. After the artistic part, there was a raffle of gifts for women, including vouchers, cosmetics sets, university gadgets, theater invitations, movie tickets, and much more.

This year, each of the ladies present received a gift, which was made possible thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, whom we would like to thank for their support and commitment. We would also like to thank everyone who contributed to the organization of this wonderful event – both those involved in its preparation and the participants. We are already looking forward to next year's Women's Day celebrations at the University of Rzeszów!
