On June 26–27, 2025, the 8th LTLA-2025 Scientific Conference entitled "Laser technologies: Lasers and their Application" was held. The event was jointly organized by the University of Rzeszów and the Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University in Drohobych, Ukraine. The conference began with a ceremonial speech by Prof. V. Bodak, Rector of the Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University in Drohobych. Opening remarks were also delivered by the conference chairs: Prof. V. Taranenko from the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU) and dr hab. I. Stefaniuk, prof. UR from the University of Rzeszów. The hybrid-format meetings were attended by 135 participants from 9 countries. A total of 40 presentations were delivered, including 12 plenary talks, 18 lectures and 10 poster sessions.
