O przyjęcie do Szkoły Doktorskiej UR może starać się:

osoba, która posiada tytuł zawodowy magistra, magistra inżyniera albo równorzędny lub
w wyjątkowych przypadkach, uzasadnionych najwyższą jakością osiągnięć naukowych, osoba niespełniająca w/w wymagań, będąca absolwentem studiów pierwszego stopnia lub studentem, który ukończył trzeci rok jednolitych studiów magisterskich lub
osoba posiadająca dyplom, o którym mowa w art. 326 ust. 2 pkt 2 lub osoba, o której mowa w 327 ust. 2 Ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce.

Admission to the UR Doctoral School is open to:

a person who holds the professional title of Master of Arts, Master of Science, Master of Engineering or equivalent, or
in exceptional cases justified by the highest quality of scientific achievements, a person who does not meet the aforementioned requirements, being a graduate of the first cycle studies, or a student who has completed the third year of the long cycle (Master's degree) studies, or
a person holding a diploma referred to in Article 326, para. 2, item 2, or a person referred to in Article 327, para. 2 of the Law on Higher Education and Science.

Rekrutacja do Szkoły Doktorskiej UR skierowana jest do osób:

wykazujących się aktywnością naukową udokumentowaną dorobkiem naukowym lub artystycznym;
wykazujących się aktywnością popularnonaukową z zakresu dyscypliny, w której kandydat zamierza realizować rozprawę doktorską;
wykazujących się wiedzą z zakresu dyscypliny, w której kandydat zamierza realizować rozprawę doktorską;
posiadających znajomość co najmniej jednego nowożytnego języka obcego na poziomie B2 lub wyższym.

Admission to the UR Doctoral School is offered to persons:

who can demonstrate their scientific activity documented by scientific or artistic output;
who are active in popular science in the area of the discipline in which they intend to pursue a doctoral dissertation;
demonstrating knowledge of the discipline in which they intend to pursue a doctoral thesis;
having knowledge of at least one foreign language at B2 level or above.

Kandydat musi:

posiadać dyplom magistra, magistra inżyniera albo równorzędny z oceną co najmniej "dobry" (4,0); osoba będąca absolwentem studiów pierwszego stopnia z najwyższej jakości osiągnięciami naukowymi - dyplom z oceną co najmniej "dobry" (4,0); student, z najwyższej jakości osiągnięciami naukowymi, który ukończył trzeci rok jednolitych studiów magisterskich - średnia ocen z przebiegu dotychczasowego toku studiów co najmniej 4,00;
posiadać minimum jedno udokumentowane osiągniecie naukowe lub artystyczne wymienione poniżej za rok bieżący i/lub za okres ostatnich 4 lat kalendarzowych poprzedzających postępowanie rekrutacyjne. Osiągnięcie musi dotyczyć dyscypliny, w ramach której kandydat przystępuje do postępowania rekrutacyjnego:

opublikowane artykuły naukowe w czasopismach z wykazu czasopism punktowanych Ministerstwa Edukacji i Nauki;
prace opublikowane w materiałach konferencji naukowych międzynarodowych;
prace opublikowane w materiałach konferencji naukowych krajowych;
opublikowane monografie recenzowane;
opublikowane rozdziały w monografiach zbiorowych recenzowanych;
wystąpienia na konferencjach naukowych;
tabelaryczny wykaz osiągnięć artystycznych: wystawy indywidualne, zbiorowe, upublicznienie dzieła plastycznego – projektowego, nagrody i wyróżnienia;
tabelaryczny wykaz koncertów lub nagrania zapisane na nośniku elektronicznym, poszerzone o opis zainteresowań i planów artystyczno-projektowo-badawczych w kontekście przewidywanej rozprawy doktorskiej.

Doktorant nie może być zatrudniony jako nauczyciel akademicki ani pracownik naukowy. Zakaz nie dotyczy zatrudnienia doktoranta:

w celu realizacji projektu badawczego, o którym mowa w art. 119 ust. 2 pkt 2 i 3 Ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce;
po ocenie śródokresowej zakończonej wynikiem pozytywnym, z tym że w przypadku zatrudnienia w wymiarze przekraczającym połowę pełnego wymiaru czasu pracy, wysokość stypendium wynosi 40% wysokości miesięcznego stypendium, o której mowa w art. 209 ust. 4 pkt 2 Ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce;
któremu nie przysługuje stypendium doktoranckie.

The candidate must:

hold a Master of Arts, Master of Engineering or equivalent degree with a grade of at least "good" (4.0); and for a person who is a graduate of first cycle studies with outstanding academic achievements - a diploma with a grade of at least "good" (4.0); and for a student with outstanding academic achievements who has completed the third year of long cycle (Master's degree) studies - an average mark from the course of studies to date of at least 4.00;
have at least one documented scientific or artistic achievement listed below for the current year and/or for the period of the last 4 calendar years preceding the recruitment procedure. The achievement must relate to the discipline in which the candidate enters the recruitment procedure

scientific papers published in ranked scientific journals listed by the Ministry of Education and Science;
papers published in the proceedings of international scientific conferences;
papers published in the proceedings of national scientific conferences;
reviewed monographs published;
published chapters in reviewed monographs;
presentations at scientific conferences;
tabular list of artistic achievements: individual and group exhibitions, public presentation of artistic and design works, awards and distinctions;
tabular list of concerts or recordings on an electronic medium, extended by a description of interests and artistic, design and research plans in the context of the planned doctoral dissertation.

A doctoral student may not be employed as an academic teacher or researcher. This prohibition shall not apply to the employment of a doctoral student

in order to implement a research project referred to in Article 119, section 2, points 2 and 3 of the Law on Higher Education and Science;
after the procedure of a mid-term evaluation completed with a positive result, provided that in the case of employment exceeding half-time, the amount of the stipend is 40% of the monthly stipend referred to in Article 209, section 4, item 2 of the Law on Higher Education and Science;
who is not entitled to a doctoral scholarship.
