Opis tematu badawczego / Description of the research topic

Projekt dotyczy rozwoju i zastosowania nowoczesnej metody elastografii rezonansu magnetycznego (MRE) w obrazowaniu narządów człowieka. W ramach projektu kandydat będzie pracował nad rozwojem techniki elastografii w oparciu o rezonans znajdujący się na Uniwersytecie Rzeszowskim. Istotna częścią pracy badawczej będzie współpraca z ośrodkami naukowymi w Niemczech i USA. Projekt będzie rozwijany we współpracy z medykami w Polsce i zagranicą.

The project concerns the development and application of a modern method of magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) in the imaging of human organs. As part of the project, the candidate will work on the development of the elastography technique based on resonance imaging at the University of Rzeszów. An important part of the research work will be cooperation with research centers in Germany and the USA. The project will be developed in cooperation with medics in Poland and abroad.

Kandydat do Szkoły doktorskiej powinien:

•             mieć ukończone studia w dziedzinach fizyki lub inżynierii materiałowej lub elektroniki,

•             posiadać dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego,

•             umieć pracować w międzynarodowym zespole badawczym

A candidate for the doctoral school should:

•             have a degree in physics or materials or electronics engineering,

•             have a good command of the English language,

•             be able to work in an international research team
