Postdoc position in the Innovative Immunisation Hubs (ImmuHubs) GA no. :101018282, 3rd Health Programme

Activities:

- establishing proactive partnerships with the project target groups located in Poland (disenfranchised populations; isolated/closed communities; ethnic/cross-border populations);

- establishing collaboration with public health agencies, key stakeholders and the general public Polish institution to improve access to vaccination in disadvantaged, isolated, and difficult to reach population groups located in Poland;

- developing innovative immunisation actions, which will increase vaccine uptake across borders, generations and population groups in Poland;

- participation in international research group developing the sustainable solutions for vaccine protection of EU citizens; - research, project results dissemination
