The 6th Congress of the Euro-African Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, Europe's largest and the world's second-largest (after the U.S.) liver and biliary surgery society, was held in Dublin, Ireland from June 10-12, 2025. During the congress, Prof. Andrzej Komorowski gave a lecture entitled “Operative Waste Management after Open Liver Resection.”

Also during this congress, Prof. Komorowski was elected to the Membership and Development Committee of E-AHPBA for the term 2025-2027.
