Medical College, Universityof Rzeszów joins the international EffectFact project
We are pleased to announce that the Medical College, University of Rzeszów has become a partner in an international research project entitled. ‘Effective Factorisation techniques for matrix-functions: Developing theory, numerical methods and impactful applications (EffectFact),’ funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions - Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (MSCA RISE) programme.
The aim of the EffectFact project is to develop innovative research methods and exchange knowledge and experience between scientific institutions and industrial partners from 12 countries. The Medical College's participation in this prestigious initiative confirms the high level of research conducted and the unit's commitment to the development of science in the international scene.
The techniques developed as part of the project will be able to find applications in medicine, biomechanics, metamaterials and artificial intelligence. As part of the project, scientists from the University of Rzeszów will have the opportunity to cooperate with foreign research centres, participate in international internships and training, and carry out joint research projects, which will contribute to the further development of the competences of the academic staff and enrich the didactic offer of the Medical College.
