Ukończenie kształcenia / Completion of education
Warunkiem ukończenia kształcenia w Szkole Doktorskiej jest złożenie rozprawy doktorskiej wraz z pozytywną opinią promotora lub promotorów po zrealizowaniu wszystkich obowiązków wynikających z programu kształcenia i indywidualnego planu badawczego. Dyrektor Szkoły Doktorskiej UR w porozumieniu z dyrektorem instytutu oraz z promotorem może zwolnić doktoranta/kę, który/a złożył/a pracę doktorską w terminie krótszym niż przewidziany programem kształcenia, z niektórych obowiązków przewidzianych w tym programie.
Doktorant/ka zobowiązany/a jest złożyć do Sekretariatu Szkoły Doktorskiej UR wszystkie dokumenty wynikające z zaliczenia semestru oraz:
- 1 egzemplarz rozprawy doktorskiej w wersji drukowanej w przypadku gdy rozprawa doktorska jest pracą pisemną;
- 1 egzemplarz rozprawy doktorskiej w wersji elektronicznej zapisanej na nośniku elektronicznym;
- streszczenie rozprawy doktorskiej w języku angielskim, a w przypadku rozprawy doktorskiej przygotowanej w języku obcym również streszczenie w języku polskim. W przypadku gdy rozprawa doktorska nie jest pracą pisemną, dołącza się opis w językach polskim i angielskim;
- pozytywną opinię promotora lub promotorów na temat rozprawy doktorskiej;
- oświadczenie doktoranta o samodzielnym wykonaniu rozprawy doktorskiej;
- zaakceptowany przez promotora lub promotorów raport potwierdzający sprawdzenie rozprawy doktorskiej w Jednolitym Systemie Antyplagiatowym w przypadku gdy rozprawa doktorska jest pracą pisemną. Aby promotor mógł wygenerować raport z systemu antyplagiatowego JSA, doktorant/ka ma obowiązek dodać rozprawę doktorską na swój indywidualny profil w systemie Wirtualna Uczelnia zgodnie z załączoną instrukcją.
Wymagane dokumenty doktorant/ka składa w terminie nieprzekraczającym daty złożenia rozprawy doktorskiej określonej w indywidualnym planie badawczym doktoranta/ki.

The requirement for completing education at the UR Doctoral School is the submission of the doctoral dissertation together with a positive opinion of the supervisor or supervisors after fulfill all the obligations arising from the curriculum and the Individual Research Plan. The Head of the UR Doctoral School, in consultation with the Head of the institute and the supervisor, may exempt the doctoral student who has submitted the doctoral dissertation in a shorter period than specified in the curriculum, from certain obligations provided for in this curriculum.
The doctoral student is obliged to submit to the Secretary’s Office of the UR Doctoral School all documents for the semester completion and:
- 1 copy of the doctoral dissertation in the printed version - if the doctoral dissertation is a written work;
- 1 copy of the doctoral dissertation in an electronic version saved on an electronic medium;
- abstract of the doctoral dissertation in English; in the case of a doctoral dissertation prepared in a foreign language, also an abstract in Polish. If the doctoral dissertation is not a written thesis, a description in Polish and English shall be attached;
- a positive opinion of the supervisor or supervisors on the doctoral dissertation;
- declaration of the PhD student on independent preparation of the doctoral dissertation;
- a report approved by the supervisor or supervisors confirming that the doctoral dissertation has been checked in the Uniform Anti-Plagiarism System - if the doctoral dissertation is a written thesis.
The required documents shall be submitted by the doctoral student by the end of the deadline specified in the Individual Research Plan.
